Please will you provide me with any documentary evidence of those alleged actions that might show that the improvements you've indicated?

Your response to 2024/3449 stated "Training for service controllers is provided by the bus operating company and must be delivered to any new service controller before the iBus system is used in an operational or live environment. This training covers the importance of considering driver welfare as part of any service control decisions." Does TfL provide any guidance for this training, and if this guidance exists, does TfL monitor how it's being applied by bus operators? If TfL has neither the guidance nor monitoring in place, how can your statement be true?

In your response to question 2024/3443, you stated " Transport for London and bus operators work continuously with the local union representatives to ensure bus schedules have sufficient recovery time allocated to provide both a reliable service, and sufficient time for bus drivers to use toilet facilities". If that statement is true, why were hundreds of bus drivers protesting about, inter alia, the lack of toilets on bus routes during working hours that compromise both their welfare and ability to drive safely?
