A constituent has raised that many discounts such as railcards rely on use of a physical Oyster card and cannot be linked to contactless payment and therefore to mobile payments like Apple Pay on the Transport for London (TfL) network. Does TfL have plans to make Oyster available digitally or to allow the linking of railcard discounts to contactless cards to enable a more seamless experience for passengers with railcards using mobile payment? The Department for Transport (DfT) has said it is moving away from bids as a means to allocate funding. With a multi-year funding settlement, would that mean you could consider having a multi-year settlement on programmes like Local Implementation Plans (LIPs), so that boroughs could plan for ongoing delivery with more certainty?

Given the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) have said that there was not believed to be any imminent threat to the public linked to the matters under investigation related to the raid on Kurdish Community Centre in Haringey, was the scale and approach taken to this operation including the damage to the community as well as the deployment of large amount of police resources appropriate?
