In March 2022 TfL awarded Uber a 30-month licence to operate as a private hire operator. In April 2022 in FOI-2977-2122 TfL confirmed that the Licence Decision Letter and the relevant Appendix A conditions would be published “in the next few weeks” at https://tfl.gov.uk/info-for/taxis-and-private-hire/press-releases-and-n…. 30 months later the decision has not been published by TfL. Can you explain why TfL has chosen not to publish the decision? And commit to publish the decision as soon as possible?
