How do you reconcile your response to question 2025/0123 attributing the "cyber incident" to preventing TfL from updating its "Bus Injury Details [Q1 2014 - Q2 2024]” spreadsheet after Q2 2024, with the fact that TfL has published a "Road Fatalities in London since 2019" spreadsheet on its website which is (a) current until 31 December 2024 and (b) provides clear evidence of at least fifteen fatal preventable ‘Bus Safety Incidents’ (12 collisions, 3 onboard falls), 7 of which occurred after Q2 2024?

On 27 January 2025, a 76-year-old driver of a Route 291 bus operated by Go Ahead London was found guilty of ‘Careless Driving’ for killing an 83-year-old pedestrian in Greenwich on 11 September 2021. The prosecution successfully argued that 'a pillar inside the bus created a "blind spot" [that, in order for the bus driver to see a pedestrian crossing in front] required the driver to move his head and upper body to look around it'. Following up your response to question 2025/0119, shouldn't the Direct Vision Requirement in TfL's ‘Bus Safety Standard’ have eliminated this obviously lethal working environment...

According to a Clean Cities Campaign report, car clubs in London were amongst the five UK cities which appeared in the bottom half of 42 cities across Europe for their provision of car clubs. What has gone wrong?
