Does the Mayor agree that a private hire operator whose drivers have been classified as workers under the Employment Regulations Act have a responsibility to ensure that an employee workplace risk assessment is in place to be classified as compliant with the law and therefore subsequently be classed as fit and proper by TfL to hold an Operators’ licence?
