Given plans to halve car parking space at Whipps Cross Hospital and encourage greater use of public transport, will you therefore support making it easier for Redbridge residents to travel to Whipps Cross on public transport by instructing TfL to investigate rerouting the 66 Bus Route to the hospital, increasing the frequency of the W12 and diverting the 247 to improve connectivity with Leytonstone tube station?
