Will Transport for London (TfL) update their Data Privacy Impact Assessment (DPIA) for the TfL Go app and their API services now that they are providing crowding data based on monitoring of passengers use of Wi-Fi services in the underground network? Constituents have contacted to me to raise an issue threatening local communities in some of the most deprived areas of London. Gambling giant Merkur Slots are using the opportunity of coronavirus-hit high streets to open gaming arcades in empty shops. What support are you providing to local councils to maintain flourishing high streets and prevent them from being taken over by gambling establishments?

Ocado distribution centre Tufnell Park

According to campaigners, the proposed development by Ocado for a new 24/7 distribution centre next to a nursery and primary school in Tufnell Park will result in hundreds more vehicle movements onto Junction Road, which is part of the Strategic Road Network (SRN). Could you confirm that: a) TfL are aware of the development and have requested a traffic impact assessment from Ocado and, b) this development contravenes London Plan policies GG1 B E, GG3 D and F, S3 B 3 and 9, SI1 A, B 1 a),b),c) C and T2 A, B, C.
