What legal guarantee is there that any land on Wormwood Scrubs that HS2 Ltd is seeking to compulsorily purchase will be returned to the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham upon completion of works? If there is no such guarantee, could HS2 Ltd sell the land to a developer instead?
