A YouGov poll commissioned by Guide Dogs in December 2020 found that 71 per cent of people who reported having seen an e-scooter being used in the last six months have seen them being driven illegally on the pavement. With an estimated 150,000 privately owned e-scooters in London, what are you doing to expand enforcement both by TfL and the Met against the worrying numbers of illegal riders to protect vulnerable Londoners? Please provide numbers.
