You received £3.15 billion for affordable housing in November 2016 and an additional £1.67 billion in March 2018, a total of £4.82 billion. Why have you still failed to allocate up to half a billion pounds, 5 years after you recognised Londoners faced a housing crisis? Why the delay? Please be specific in your answer.
