As around 78% of greenhouse gas in London is produced from buildings, please read the report ‘Retrofit First, Not Retrofit Only’ by the Westminster Property Association and the City Property Association to assist with ensuring that our buildings are decarbonised. A key concern is that of rental properties both domestic and commercial. Tenants do not have the ability to implement green fittings to contribute to energy efficiency and decarbonisation. How will you address this?
