The April 2016 outline business case associated with the Development Consent Order application for the Silvertown Road Tunnel (https://infrastructure.planninginspectorate.gov.uk/wp-content/ipc/uploa…, table 3-4) calculated relevant net user benefits (present value, in 2010 prices) of £712.2 million for bus and coach users and £719.1 million for car users.
