Dockless e-bikes are often left parked in a manner which obstruct pedestrians. Pedestrians, especially those with mobility issues and those pushing buggies, are often forced into walking in the road to circumnavigate a dockless bicycle irresponsibly abandoned on walkways, potentially putting them in a position of significant danger. What plans does the Mayor have to ensure that dockless bicycles in London are not causing a health and safety risk to pedestrians?
