A busy junction by the Fryent Way roundabout was closed due to a water pipe burst in December 2022. It took Transport for London considerable time to fix their apparatus following the damage that was caused. This meant that the busy junction remained closed, and Affinity Water could not open the junction up again, even after the burst had been repaired. Can you seek a timeline of events and explain why Transport for London took so long to fix the damaged apparatus?
