In this, they set out how work-related road risks could be managed by using procurement powers to promote safety standards, including for lorries through the Fleet Operators Recognition Scheme (FORS) silver grade, the Direct Vison Standard (DVS), and also through the Construction Logistics and Community Safety standard (CLOCS).
