The Holland Park Roundabout scheme requires cyclists to cross the line of traffic on the roundabout. Are there any similar schemes in operation at a major roundabout in London? If so, please will you provide me with details?

There are significant potential downsides associated with putting a cycle lane through Holland Park Roundabout, including extra congestion, displacement of traffic onto low traffic residential side streets, pushing cyclists onto one of the busiest intersections in London and creating new junctions, all of which TfL research shows are extremely hazardous to cyclists.
