A205 Corridor

  • Reference: 2025/2421
  • Question by: Gareth Roberts
  • Meeting date: 11 July 2025
Residents of the Gloucester Road area near Kew Green have been campaigning for the closure of Gloucester Road to all vehicles with the exception of residents and deliveries in order to eradicate the possibility of a tragedy occurring on a small, narrow residential street. I understand TfL remains concerned about the potential impact on their road network (the A205 corridor) resulting from removal of all through traffic from the Kew Green area. What options are you considering that would help tackle the issues residents of Gloucester Road are facing?
