A member of staff raised concerns at a recent all staff meeting about the length of time it takes teams to draft answers for you to written questions submitted by Assembly Members. Do you agree that if you advised staff that their drafts should simply answer the question directly, instead of writing paragraphs about how great you think you are, it would take them a lot less time?
