Papers for the Silvertown Tunnel Implementation Group (STIG) meeting on 23 February 2023, published by Transport for London (TfL), show that are seven locations requiring signal timing adjustments and three locations requiring highway layout adjustments. For each junction with signal timings adjustments, what changes will there be to the time allocated for people to walk and cycle through crossings at these junctions, and the delay to wait when walking or cycling for an opportunity to cross?

Transport for London Pension Fund divestment from fossil fuels

In your 2021 manifesto, you committed to working with the London Pension Fund Authority (LPFA) and the trustees of the Transport for London (TfL) Pension Fund to divest from fossil fuels. The LPFA confirmed that they have now completely divested from fossil fuels. What percentage reduction in extractive fossil fuel assets under management has been made by the TfL Pension Fund since 2021?

Shared ownership and negative equity

If a shared owner has no choice but to sell their property to a cash buyer, which may only achieve 50-70 per cent of market value, that they have to pay the difference between the pre-sale RICS valuation and the actual sale price to the housing association. This can mean they face negative equity on their share of the property and owe money to the housing association. What steps are you taking to tackle this situation, such as enabling the housing association to buy the owner’s share back at the original cost to help financially struggling shared owners?

Residents are contacting me to query the often substantial differences in their quotes for solar PV and battery installations between Green Energy Together (GET-UK) and Dynamis, which has replaced the now discredited company.
