Since the introduction of London Plan policy G5, how many developments that have achieved the Urban Greening Factor target score of 0.4 have also resulted in the destruction of mature trees, and how many mature trees in total have been lost through these developments?

In your answer to question 2023/2570, you said: “On average, Fast Track Route schemes provide higher levels of affordable housing and progress through the planning system quicker than viability tested schemes.” Could you give me a breakdown detailing in total the percentage of affordable housing that Fast Track Route schemes provided compared with affordable housing provided by viability tested schemes, for each year between from April 2018 to March 2023? Could you also provide a breakdown of tenure within the affordable housing numbers?

Thank you for your answer to my question 2023/1876, in which you said: “the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) does not allow for an alternative installer to sign off work commenced by a previous installer. iChoosr has contacted all customers to ensure they understand their specific situations and reach a resolution as quickly as possible.” Could you give me an update on progress, including how many customers were left without an MCS certification when Green Energy Together (GET-UK) lost its certification, and how many have still not received one?
