Currently, the 456 bus route operates on a half-hourly schedule which is not widely regarded as frequent or a "turn up and go" service. As this route will connect and complement the new X34 from the Firs Lane and the Winchmore Hill areas, there presents a chance to increase the frequency of the service. A higher frequency brings several benefits, such as increased flexibility and convenience for users. Transport between Enfield and Chingford

Enfield Transport Users Group are currently campaigning for improved bus connections between Chingford and Enfield, as only two routes connect these locations. The 444 from Chingford Station and Chingford Mount only stops at Silver Street and North Middlesex Hospital, and the 313 runs a limited 20 minute service and is the only service running on Lea Valley Road A110. Will TfL consider improving connectivity between these two communities?
