TfL roadworks at Manor Circus in Richmond have been causing serious traffic issues in the local area. While TfL have made some interventions, residents and the business community in Richmond are keen to see these works completed as quickly as possible to minimise overall disruption. With that in mind, would you look at whether 24 hour working for even part of the works would help speed up the process?
