Currently, charging for ULEZ and other road charging schemes runs from midnight to midnight, meaning that night shift workers using non-compliant vehicles must pay the charge twice to commute to work. Will the Mayor consider a 24-hour cooldown between charges to allow these workers to commute to work and only pay the charge once?
