Meanwhile, while your Chief Safety Officer regularly praises the ‘collaboration’ TfL has with bus operators in ‘safe places’ free from public scrutiny, your bus drivers regularly provide evidence to me that London’s bus operation’s culture is, for the lack of a better word, toxic. Do you think London’s bus operators, which TfL oversees, have created and maintained a ‘just culture’ for the bus workers?
