Disabled people not eligible for the London-wide ULEZ grace period

I have heard concerns that there is no confirmed figure for the number of disabled Londoners who are Blue Badge holders but are not eligible for the grace period associated with the London-wide ULEZ. Could you provide an informed estimate of the number of disabled Londoners who are not eligible for the current grace period because they do not receive disability benefits?

I have heard concerns that awareness of the London-wide ULEZ scrappage scheme has been low for many of those who were originally targeted. Will Transport for London (TfL) use leaflets and other non-digital marketing channels to reach those who most need this support, including disabled people and those on low incomes?

Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) has confirmed it is not proceeding with the implementation of a Shepherd’s Bush to Notting Hill cycleway on an alternative alignment that avoids Holland Park Avenue. Could you update me on current Transport for London (TfL) discussions with RBKC to build a cycleway that can connect Shepherd’s Bush to Notting Hill Gate?
