Since the opening of the Silvertown tunnel, the Woolwich Ferry has had to move an additional 1,800 vehicles per day across the Thames. What effect, if any, is this increase in traffic having on congestion levels at Woolwich Ferry Roundabout, the South Circular, John Wilson Street, and Woolwich High Street? And are any temporary solutions being considered from September, to keep traffic moving?
