In ‘London Net Zero 2030: An Updated Pathway’ you stated that your preferred pathway to achieving Net Zero by 2030 requires “at least £75 billion of investment between now and 2030 in infrastructure and £108 billion in total to 2050”. Are you on track to achieve that?
