Earl’s Court Exhibition Centre Site

  • Reference: 2024/0491
  • Question by: Caroline Pidgeon
  • Meeting date: 22 February 2024
Local Councillors feel that the plans put forward for the Earl’s Court site do not consider the impact on the strategic road network and the surrounding transport system. Further pressures are expected from nearby major developments north of West Cromwell Road and from people being able to access Earl's Court tube station by crossing the site once partly developed. What discussions have you had with the developers and with TfL to ensure the impact on Earl’s Court tube is sustainable in the long term?

New Met for London Plan (5)

  • Reference: 2024/0484
  • Question by: Caroline Pidgeon
  • Meeting date: 22 February 2024
The New Met for London Plan states that by January 2024, you will “embed culture change across the organisation”. You would do this by creating a framework to hold police leaders to account for the cultural health of their area of responsibility, by offering our successful ‘reverse mentoring scheme’ pilot for senior leaders to more of our people and by recognising people who change our culture for the better, changing our promotion and development policies so they align to our expectations around inclusive behaviours.” What progress has been made on this?
