Given the difficulties which some elderly Dial-a-Ride users have with the app, it is not uncommon for them to ask a relative to put the app on their phone and then book an appointment on their behalf. My constituents appreciate work on the Piccadilly line needs to be performed to improve the existing service as well as prepare for the new trains in 2025.
