A new report has outlined that passengers on the Northern line, Victoria line, Jubilee line and Bakerloo line are regularly being exposed to particulate matter levels above 200 microgram per cubic metre of air. Many customers caught up in the chaos of power outages on the Elizabeth line on the 7th December 2023 have complained of poor communication from TfL while they waited up to five hours to be evacuated.
