Summary of request
I am requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act regarding the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre (CPNSC) redevelopment.
As part of the GLA's 2018 On Your Marks engagement programme, users of the CPNSC were asked to complete feedback questionnaires—both online and via paper forms submitted into large drop boxes at the centre’s reception.
Hawkins\Brown, the campaign organiser, stated that all responses were “packaged” for use in the next stages of the project. However, the Feasibility Study – Final Report, which used relied on this 'packaged data' appears to reference only online responses, despite many sports groups relying heavily on the paper feedback forms. NSC staff members reported these drop boxes were filled and replaced multiple times, indicating a high volume of responses—likely in the thousands.
Accordingly, I am requesting the following information specifically from the paper feedback forms (excluding the online responses):
- A proportional breakdown of sporting activities most frequently requested for inclusion or improvement on the paper forms.
- The total number of requests per sporting activity for inclusion or improvement, based solely on the paper form responses.
