Full question: the information required on the quarterly report was extremely hard to interpret – such as please breakdown in layman’s terms before the end of year report is due. The spreadsheets are difficult to use, can they be made more user-friendly?
We are unable to change the templates, however, we will aim to run a webinar before the submission to explain the main terms and how to fill the form- similar to what was done before the Year two investment template submission deadline. We also organised meetings with each provider to clarify any queries about delivery and report submission.
