Which interventions refer to learners deemed as not engaging in the programme?
All reported London Multiply learners must be engaged with the programme, undertaking learning or other engagement activities. Substantive programme activities of two or more delivery hours must be reported in the ILR; learners participating in other shorter activities (less than two hours) must be included in quarterly and full-year reporting. Providers are asked, as a minimum, to record name, date of birth and current home postcode for every participant in non-substantive learning.
