Is it ok to use Multiply interventions with learners if they’re studying Functional Skills Maths and GCSE Maths already?

Full question: Multiply interventions can be added as tutorials to aid learners on Functional Skills and GCSE courses. Is this ok to use that intervention with learners, even though they are studying on Functional Skills Maths and GCSE Maths already?

Multiply-funded interventions cannot be delivered to learners studying on AEB-funded numeracy courses, such as AEB-funded statutory entitlement for maths qualifications.
