In your answer 2965/2007 you say that your officers are 'having the applicant's appraisal of financial viability independently assessed'. Is it the validity of Glenkerrin's assessment of the financial viability of the scheme which is being examined, or the financial capability of Glenkerrin itself to carry it out? When will this assessment be completed, and will the results be publically available?
