The Government has now approved expansion at London City Airport on appeal, which will increase annual passenger capacity from 6.5 million to 9 million. The November 2020 report, What makes life good? Care leavers’ views on their well-being, from Coram Voice, said two-thirds of care leavers reported feeling lonely at some point in the last few weeks. Of these 22 per cent recorded they had ‘always/often’ felt lonely which is twice as high as compared to the general population.
