Will you ensure that any new LTNs in London are only implemented after full consultation and consideration of the impact on surrounding areas and access for emergency services and taxis / private hire vehicles? Will you also work with borough councils to deliver a consistent approach to securing full access to LTNs for London’s black cabs?
