In your answer to 2024/3194, you cite responses to three past questions. 2023/4597 lists the virtues of the turning circle without explaining why it is mandatory in London and not in other cities. 2023/2742 expresses the belief that the turning circle is integral to the design but again fails to give any evidence for this or explain why this is mandatory only in London. 2024/2521 merely refers to a forthcoming Taxi and Private Hire Action Plan.
