The FN2030 project will also offer 2 youth-training programmes aimed at 16-19-year-olds who lack opportunity and may be marginalised. How many people will this aim to support? Will these young people be tracked into employment by the GLA or the organisers?

In the evaluation process, it also includes indicators to measure engagement and awareness of the programme amongst residents of the Neighbourhoods. Does this not sound like applicants asking their own networks if they are aware of their projects and would it not be better for an independent or GLA managed process to visit and check if residents are aware, akin to a vox-pop type activity?

The Future Neighbourhood projects in Somers Town (Camden) and Notting Dale (Kensington & Chelsea) will receive a total of £7.7 million in funding since 2021-22. Some of the outcomes as stated in MD2997 are to: reduce greenhouse gas emissions, increase in renewable energy generated and have improvements in air quality and waste reduction and recycling. When will these objectives be achieved?
