I understand that TfL is working with Haringey Council to improve safety at the junction of Brownlow Road and Bounds Green Road. This is a junction where vehicles regularly straddle and move across the pedestrian crossing outside Bounds Green Tube station, even when the pedestrian green man is showing thereby putting pedestrians in significant danger; most recently a young boy on his way to school was hit by a moving vehicle. What improvements are being considered and when can these be implemented?

How will TfL seek to minimise disruption to residents caused by frequent weekend closures on the Piccadilly line over the coming months, in advance of the new trains being introduced?
