On 24 March 2021, the Government published its New Plan for Immigration. What response have you made to it and what work are you doing to mitigate against some of its proposals, such as the new ‘temporary protection status’ that refugee organisations are concerned will create a new group of insecure refugees, with limited leave, who would not be able to plan for their futures or reduce the ability for people to claim asylum?
