Many Londoners have contacted me to raise concerns over the illegal use of e-scooters on roads and pavements across the capital in recent weeks. How is the Met working to clamp down on illegal e-scooter use?

What guidance do GLA and TfL staff follow in sharing information regarding discussions about the allocation of Section 106 agreements with a Planning Inspector assessing a planning application?
