Research shows that many people are less confident using transport now than they were before the pandemic. Are there plans to expand TfL’s travel mentoring scheme so that more of those who are no longer confident using public transport can benefit from the service and begin travelling independently again?

Further to your response to my question no. 2021/4523, entitled Step-free crossing at Kew Gardens Station, please be advised that my question was answered incorrectly. I enquired about works at the station for the provision of a step-free crossing, in view of there already being step-free access at the station. One can access either the eastbound or the westbound platforms from the street on either side of the station without steps.
