Has TfL undertaken any cost comparison between its final estimate of the Rotherhithe to Canary Wharf pedestrian and cycle bridge and the Pont Chaban-Delmas bridge in Bordeaux, which can rise to 53m above water to let tall ships through, has a central lift span of 117 metres and was reported to have cost 160 million Euros when it opened in 2013? How can a lifting bridge of such size, which also carries cars, be built for a quarter of the estimated cost of the Rotherhithe to Canary Wharf pedestrian and cycle bridge?

I have been informed that there was recently a Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) application for a development at Cluny Mews with an entrance 10 metres from the feeder lane from the A3220 to the A4. It has been reported that the contractors frequently flout the conditions and the CTMP, resulting in fatalities and injuries to pedestrians and cyclists. Keepers of vehicles registered with a 'disabled' or 'disabled passenger vehicles' tax class benefit from a grace period where they are exempt from paying the ULEZ charge until 26 October 2025. This is valid as long as their vehicle doesn't change tax class. What steps will TfL take to recognise the long delays that often occur in the administration of these benefits or appeals? Will TfL retrospectively pay back the ULEZ charge to anyone who faced excessive delays but was ultimately successful in qualifying for the relevant benefit?
