Freedom from Torture recently uncovered that the British Government is funding a partnership between at least four police forces, including the Metropolitan Police Service, and a Chinese police academy in the Xinjiang region, where the systematic torture of ethnic minorities has been widely documented. Do you support this partnership, and if not will you be raising your concerns with the Met and the Government directly?

Following your answer to MQ 2021/4371, TfL has now announced it is pausing work to install permanent hostile vehicle mitigation measures on central London bridges it is responsible for.
