What are you and TfL doing to ensure a safe and continuous protected cycle space is provided during events in Green Park and environs? A constituent complains that CS3 is closed during such events, leaving him unable to safely cycle.

With the rise in catalytic converter thefts across Brent and Harrow in the last few years, will the Mayor support a special task force to investigate the issue and help bring perpetrators of such crimes to justice? I note the successes of Operation Ajax in Croydon and a similar approach in Brent and Harrow would make a difference in combatting this crime.
