Southwark Council is planning to establish a land commission to identify development land in the borough. Do you welcome Southwark’s approach and will you be adopting this approach London-wide, building on the work of the previous London Land Commission of 2015 which is still yet to be implemented? When you control land bigger than the London Borough of Camden, bigger than 16 times the size of Hyde Park, isn’t this a priority for you?
