On the point of the new national inquiry that is to begin soon, there has been reports that you have tried to lobby Members of Parliament, Ministers, Secretaries of State or potentially the Prime Minister himself to avoid a national inquiry. Susan Hall AM: Yes, OK, if I could just do the Carnival. My question really would be, should the Government fund an event that two people died at last year? You are quite right, it is a victim of its own success, and we just cannot cope with more people in those small streets. It is a disaster waiting to happen.
