In your response to Question 2022/0786, you identified 17 Bus Routes as ‘Priority 3’ which means they’re “routes with a round trip greater than 150 minutes with a toilet provision only at one end”. The Operators of these Priority Routes are as follows: Abellio - 24, C10, 3 Arriva - 60, 468 Go Ahead - 286 Metroline - 114, 134, 182, 328 Stagecoach - 53, 183, 366, 25 RATP - 452, S3 Tower Transit - 58 I think you will agree with me that those working conditions are shameful and dangerous for bus drivers and the public and reflect poorly...

Further to your responses to questions 2022/3463 and 2022/2993, what penalties are being applied to that bus operator for creating an unsafe working environment for 41% of their drivers and breaching HSE regulations on workplace temperatures?
