In November, your press office told a journalist at Archant newspapers that you would not comment on an employment tribunal ruling, which had found there was a culture of racist bullying at London Overground's HQ run by Arriva Rail London, as they allegedly believed it was not your responsibility. The journalist had asked if you would condemn the racist bullying. At Mayor's Question Time on 17 November, when you were informed of this, you condemned any racist bullying.
