In your response to question 2022/5364, you stated “between 1 April 2016 and 31 December 2021 there were 810 incidents that met Transport for London’s investigation criteria”. Using the bus collision data you have provided in response to question 2019/19751 as a guide suggests that TfL only investigates less than half a percent of 'Bus Safety Incidents' that have had the capacity to cause death or life-changing injuries. How do you reconcile this number of investigations with your Vision Zero Programme’s ‘evidenced-based' policymaking?
