On 16 November 2021, Liang Ma, Daniel Graham and Marc Stettler published the peer-reviewed paper, "Has the ultra low emission zone in London improved air quality?" in Environmental Research Journal (Vol 16, No 12). In response, your Deputy Mayor for Environment Shirley Rodrigues told Sky News and other media outlets: "This study is very misleading and its findings have been queried by experts within the university." Which experts have queried its findings?
