Having been offered vouchers for completing a TfL survey my constituents found that they had to sign up to Love2Shop’s website, despite having no interest in doing so. They then found that there was no money on the vouchers and that it was impossible to reach Kantar on the phone. Do you recognise that this will damage TfL’s reputation and defeats the object of the survey, and will you ensure that TfL investigates this ridiculous situation and fixes it?
